💬Notes
- Before using it for the first time, please boil a pot of water (gas, induction cooker, alcohol lamp can all depend on the size of the pot) and then pour it out. Then boil the water again and put the unnecessary tea leaves into the pot. After boiling, let it steep for about 30 minutes and then pour it out. Please repeat the action of soaking the tea leaves twice. This action can clean the inside of the pot and remove the metallic smell of the new pot. Do not scrub the outside of the pot.
- When boiling water, please fill it with only seven to eight percent to avoid overflowing when it boils, which may cause danger.
- Please boil the water over medium-low heat, and use the induction cooker over low-medium heat. This is safe and can completely release the iron, and can eliminate the taste of chlorine in the water, making the water softer, sweeter and more delicious, and the tea has a better flavor.
- When boiling water, be careful not to burn the handle, and use a pot holder to avoid burning the table.
- Please keep children away from you to avoid danger
- Please note that the steam temperature is very high when opening the lid. Please use a clean rag when picking up to avoid burns.
- Do not burn in the air. Excessive temperature difference between hot and cold or falling from a high place may cause malfunction.
- Do not soak the outside of the kettle in tea to avoid fading and rusting. If there is moisture on the outside, please use a dry cloth to dry the outside. If the dark iron bottle is in urgent need of external maintenance, please wrap the soaked tea residue with gauze and wring out most of the water. On the principle of not dripping, then Gently and evenly pat the surface of the pot that is still warm, or dip a tea towel in tea water and gently pat the outside of the pot.
- If the inner wall of the iron bottle is seriously rusted, please add water until it is 70-80% full, then add tea leaves and boil it together. After boiling, let it sit for the next day and pour out the tea (the color will be black). Repeat this three times and the rust will disappear. not see
- In the early stages of use, some scarlet rust spots will appear on the inner wall of the iron kettle. This is a normal phenomenon. Please use it with confidence and do not scrape it off. After long use, a layer of white scale will be produced. The scale protective film will cover the rust spots to prevent further rust. Unless the water becomes turbid after boiling, it can be used normally. Don't worry. If the water becomes turbid after boiling, please follow the 11th maintenance method to maintain it again.
