Return and Exchange Policy and Instructions

1. Seven-day hesitation period
According to consumer protection laws, you have the right to hesitate within seven days (including holidays) after receiving the goods. But please note that the hesitation period is not the same as the trial period.
- If the product has been opened or used within seven days, or the original packaging has been damaged, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
- If the product is defective, we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If you need to return or exchange goods or exchange other goods due to personal reasons, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by you.
2. Special product description
- Iron products : Iron pots produced by Japanese brands such as Iwazo and Yoshikawa, etc., have different textures and colors due to the characteristics of the production process. The original factory will apply a transparent anti-rust coating before leaving the factory. The coating will disappear after use, but it will not affect the quality of the pot. This situation is not considered a product defect.
- Ceramic products : Micro bubbles, pinholes, black spots and other phenomena on ceramic products are normal and will not affect the functionality and are not considered defects.
3. Suggestions on product replacement

4. Cancel order or refuse delivery
If you choose to cancel your order or reject the goods after they are shipped, the resulting return shipping costs will be borne by you and will be deducted from your original order amount. After the product returns to the store, we will proceed with the subsequent refund process.
5. Exchange policy
When exchanging goods, they can only be exchanged for goods of the same item, and no price difference service for goods of different items is provided.
6. Changes in order amount after return
If the order amount after the return is lower than the original discount standard, the original discount will be canceled and you may need to pay the corresponding fees.
7. Return and exchange process
- Please provide the completed return request form to our customer service staff.
- Wait for the customer service staff to reply and follow their instructions for return and exchange procedures.
- If necessary, our customer service staff may ask you to provide physical photos of the product to confirm the status of the product.

8. Instructions for returning goods
Returned merchandise must remain intact, including the merchandise itself, all accessories, warranties, gifts, outer packaging, paper invoices, etc. Any missing parts may affect your return rights.
