Precautions for use:

1. Before using it for the first time, please boil a pot of water (gas, induction cooker, alcohol lamp can be used, depending on the size of the pot), let the water boil and then pour it out. Next, boil the water again and put the unnecessary tea leaves into the pot. After the water boils, let it soak for about 30 minutes and then pour it out. Please repeat the action of soaking the tea leaves two more times. This action can clean the inside of the pot. It can also remove the metallic smell of new pots.
2. When boiling water, please fill it up to 70-80% to avoid overflowing when it boils, which may cause danger.
3. Please boil water over medium-low heat. When using an induction cooker, please use low-medium heat. This is safe and can completely release iron. It can also remove the chlorine smell in the water, make the water softer, sweeter and more delicious, and enhance the flavor of tea. .
4. When boiling water, be aware that the handle may become hot. Please use a pot pad to avoid burning the tabletop.
5. Please keep children away to avoid danger.
6. Please note that the steam temperature is very high when opening the lid. Please remove it with a clean rag to avoid burns.
7. Do not burn in the air. Excessive temperature difference between hot and cold or falling from a high place may cause malfunction.
8. Do not soak the outside of the kettle in tea to avoid fading and rusting. If there is moisture on the outside, please wipe it dry with a dry cloth. If it is not used for a long time, please wrap the kettle in a ventilated place and place a desiccant inside the kettle.
9. After using the iron kettle or in urgent need of use, please pour out the tea, open the lid, and let the remaining heat of the iron kettle evaporate, or heat it on a gas stove or induction cooker over low heat to dry the water vapor in the kettle to avoid internal rust.
10. For dark iron kettles or urgent external maintenance, please wrap the soaked tea leaves with gauze, wring out most of the water, and in principle no dripping, then gently and evenly pat the still warm kettle surface, or dip it with a tea towel Tea and wipe.
11. If the inner wall of the iron kettle is seriously rusted, please add water until it is 70-80% full, then put in the tea leaves and boil it together. After boiling, let it sit for the next day and pour out the tea (it turns black). Repeat this operation three times and the rust will disappear. no longer exists.
