|Steps to maintain and moisturize the pot|

1. For the first time, please use a brown pot brush and water to clean it. Do not use chemical dishwashing detergent.

2. After washing, put it on the stove and dry it on low heat.

3. Keep the fire on low, pour about 300C.C. cooking oil into the pot and spread it evenly to all corners of the pot (do not use olive oil to heat the pot, olive oil is not resistant to high temperatures)

4. After about five minutes, turn off the heat and the pot (moisturizing) is completed.

5. The oil in the pot can still be used after it is stored in the container.

6. If you are worried about the smell of the new pot when using it for the first time, you can stir-fry some unnecessary vegetable scraps after cooking the pot, throw away the vegetable scraps after frying, then wash the pot again and dry it before you can start using it.

◎Notes:

1. This new pot is coated with a thin layer of natural cashew tree sap or tea juice to prevent rust during the sales process. This tree sap is naturally non-toxic and can be used with confidence. It will gradually fall off during use, which is normal. Phenomenon

2. After using for a period of time, the color of the bottom of the pot and the edge of the pot will be inconsistent, which is normal.

3. After using the pot, wait for the temperature to drop to the bottom, turn on the faucet while it is still warm, clean it with a brown pot brush (use warm water in winter), dry it, and apply a thin layer of cooking oil to moisten the pot. Use it frequently. The less likely it is to stick to the pot

4. Heat the iron pot until you dip your fingers in water and flick it until there are water droplets bouncing and vaporizing at the bottom of the pot, which means the temperature is ready. At this time, pour oil into the pot. When oil streaks appear, you can fry or stir-fry.

5. The iron pot conducts heat very quickly, just use medium heat when using it.

6. When using high heat, the handle may easily overheat. Please be careful not to burn your hands. In addition to preheating, please do not empty the pot.

7. After cooking, please do not leave the dishes in the pot for a long time. Please put them on the dinner plate.

8. After cooking soup or steaming food, the grease on the surface of the pot is easy to lose. Please recondition the pot after use.

9. Please wash and dry the pot after use, and then apply a thin layer of oil to avoid rust.

10. Iron pots can release ferrous iron ions, which are elements needed by the human body. Frequently use iron pots to protect your health.

|Usage Suggestions|

1. Do not use chemical detergents to clean cast iron pots. If you are used to it, please use natural detergents, such as tea seed powder. After scrubbing, please dry it and then oil it for maintenance.

2. If it is accidentally burned, please soak it in medium temperature water for 10-15 minutes, and then scrub it with a brown brush.

3. If the cast iron pot has a flat bottom, it is suitable for gas stoves, induction cookers, black crystal stoves, electric ceramic stoves, etc. (Chinese woks are only suitable for gas stoves)

4. If you wipe it with a paper towel after use, the paper towel will be black. This is normal, because the iron pot is about 97% iron and 3% carbon (both elements needed by the human body). When cooking at high temperatures, the iron and carbon components will be slightly released, so it is normal for it to turn black when you wipe it.
