💬 Instructions before use:

  1. Use a brown brush to clean the pot, dry the water over medium heat, then continue heating for 2-3 minutes and then turn off the heat.
  2. Allow the pot to cool naturally until it can be touched.
  3. Pour about half a cup of cooking oil and spread it evenly in the pot. Use a kitchen towel dipped in oil to wipe the unsmeared parts.
  4. Heat over low heat for 3-4 minutes and then turn off the heat.
  5. Pour out the oil after it has cooled slightly to complete the pot opening (wetting) process.
  6. When using an induction cooker, start with low heat for 1-2 minutes, and then gradually increase the temperature to avoid deformation of the bottom of the pot.
  7. Before each cooking session, heat the pan and pour an appropriate amount of oil.
  8. When cooking fish and other foods, you can observe the oil streaks forming in the pot to indicate the timing of cooking.
  9. Please transfer the food to a dinner plate after cooking and do not store it in the pot for a long time.

🚫 Notes:

  1. Clean with a brown brush while hot after use.
  2. Avoid long-term use of detergents for cleaning. If necessary, please use detergents with natural ingredients.
  3. Do not place pots containing moisture on top of other pots after cleaning.
  4. If there is rust, you can use a brown brush or steel wool to clean it and then re-oil it for maintenance.
  5. Use a shovel with rounded corners and avoid shovels with sharp corners.
  6. This pot is suitable for gas stoves, induction cookers, electric ceramic stoves, and black crystal stoves. Please do not use it in microwave ovens, ovens, and dish dryers.
