💬 Instructions before use:

1. Before first use, please clean with a soft brush and clean water and avoid using chemical detergents.
2. After cleaning, place it on the fire and dry it over low heat.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil and apply it evenly throughout the pot with a brush. Be careful not to use olive oil because it is not resistant to high temperatures.
4. Heat on low heat for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat. It can be used after the pot cools down.
5. Save the used cooking oil so that it can be used next time.

🚫 Notes:

1. The new pot is coated with a layer of natural cashew tree juice or tea juice to prevent rust. This is natural and non-toxic and will gradually fall off during use.
2. After using for a period of time, the color of the bottom and rim of the pot may be different. This is normal.
3. After use, wait for the pot to cool down, then clean it with a soft brush. In winter, you can use warm water, then dry it and apply a thin layer of cooking oil.
4. Cast iron pots conduct heat quickly and can be used over medium heat. When using high heat, be aware that the handle may overheat.
5. Do not leave cooked food in the pot for a long time and pour it out.
6. After cooking soup or steaming food, there will be less oil in the pot, and the pot needs to be raised again after use.
7. Please wash and dry it after each use, and apply a thin layer of oil to prevent rust.
8. Long-term use of cast iron pots can release ferrous iron, which is beneficial to health.

◎Usage suggestions:

1. Avoid using chemical detergents to clean cast iron pots. It is recommended to use natural detergents.
2. When it is burnt, soak it in medium-temperature water for 10-15 minutes, and then clean it with a brush.
3. Suitable for all types of stoves, but the Chinese pot is only suitable for gas stoves.
4. If you wipe it with a paper towel after use, there may be black color. This is normal because cast iron pots contain about 97% iron and 3% carbon.
