Payment method instructions

In order to provide you with a more convenient and faster shopping experience, we support a variety of payment methods for you to choose from:

1. Pay card online

  • Supports one-time payment with VISA, MASTER, and JCB credit cards.
  • Currently, there is no installment payment service. If you need installment payment, please contact the card-issuing bank directly.

2. Cash on delivery

  • The cash on delivery logistics company assigned by our company is: Black Cat Delivery Service.
  • Black Cat Delivery Service will charge cash upon delivery.
  • Please note that some products may not support cash on delivery service. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

3. ATM transfer

  • We will provide you with a dedicated remittance account for your order.
  • Please complete the transfer via ATM, bank or post office within three days.
  • After completing the transfer, please provide your last five digits to our customer service center. Line:@368nbigo
  • In order to ensure the security and timeliness of transactions, if payment is not completed within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel your order.

4. 7-11 pickup and payment (Supermarket pick-up is not available at the moment, please send us a private message if necessary)

  • Please proceed with the remittance operation first.
  • After the goods arrive at the designated store, we will notify you via text message and email to pick up the goods.
  • Please note that some products may not be available for pickup at 7-11, especially larger products.

5. Contact customer service after payment is completed

  • Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service in time.
  • Please note that some credit cards provided by issuing banks may encounter problems during transactions. If this happens to you, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.

Introduction to shipping methods

1. Home delivery

  • We use Hsinchu Logistics for home delivery, and this service is limited to the main island of Taiwan.
  • If you have friends from other islands, you can send us a private message first and we will do our best to serve you.

2. Supermarket pickup (supermarket pickup is not available at the moment, please send us a private message if necessary)

  • You can choose to pick up the goods at 7-11 stores. This service covers supermarket stores in Taiwan’s main island and outer islands.

3. Pick up at physical stores

  • You can also choose to pick up the goods directly at our physical stores. Please pay attention to the actual opening hours and conditions of the stores.
  • If you are in a hurry to pick up the goods, you can inquire through the FB fan page or Line customer service private message. If time permits, we will fully cooperate with your time.

Shipping and delivery instructions

In order for you to receive the goods smoothly and quickly, please read the following shipping and delivery regulations carefully:

1. Free shipping policy

  • We offer free shipping for purchases over $1,999 , applicable to all products in the store.
  • If you need to send goods to areas outside Taiwan, please contact the customer service center (02-2742-5177) or send a private message to the fan page in advance to inquire about relevant shipping costs.

2. Address and order regulations

  • Each order can only be shipped to the same address. If you need to send goods to different addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We will arrange shipment within 2-4 working days after ordering (excluding the day of ordering, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).

3. Delivery time and conditions

  • The normal delivery time is from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. If the boss is not out for fun, you can use 7-11 store to deliver the goods to the store.
  • In the event of peak holiday periods or force majeure natural disasters, shipment time may be delayed.

4.Details of delivery method

  • Home delivery: Because we cooperate with the freight company, we will try our best to indicate your desired pickup time, but everything is still based on the freight company's delivery situation on the same day.
  • Supermarket pick-up: Please pay attention to the arrival notification text message and complete the pick-up within seven days after the product arrives at the designated store. If you fail to pick up the goods on time, resulting in freight losses, the customer will be responsible for it.
  • Physical store self-pickup: You can place an order online and fill in the form for self-pickup, and we will keep the goods for you for seven days.

5. Invoice issuance and delivery

  • We will send an invoice with the item. If you need to issue a unified number, please fill in the unified editor and company title in the remarks column during checkout.
  • If you need to send the invoice to a designated address separately, please also indicate the destination in the remarks column.

In order to ensure your rights and interests, please carefully check whether the invoice is included in the package when you receive the product, and verify that the product and order information are correct. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
